At Ernst & Young - Fabernovel in Shanghai, I led the creation of the Tumi x McLaren Asia Wechat Virtual Store during 2021-2022. Responding to a surge in demand for immersive online shopping experiences, Tumi envisioned this store to captivate a broader, digital-savvy audience. Our team delivered a virtual space that blended aesthetics with functionality. We also developed a selfie game called “Perfecting the Journey“ to enhance consumer engagement. This not only amplified Tumi's digital presence in Asia but also bolstered our project productivity by 14%, laying the foundation for future digital retail innovations.
