At Ernst & Young - Fabernovel in Shanghai, I also actively participated in the design and development of Nars’ Travel Retails Wechat Store. I had the privilege of contributing to the design realm for NARS Travel Retail in the ever-evolving and dynamic Asia market. This project involved crafting high-impact visual elements aimed at enhancing customer interaction and engagement within travel retail environments. My team and I mapped out every step of the user flow detailedly and delve into consumer insights to design this journey. The initiative was geared toward elevating brand presence and resonance among travelers, blending innovative design strategies with localized insights to create an immersive and distinctive retail experience, reflective of the bold and audacious essence of NARS.
